Life can get heavy even in a quiet place like this. I offer Pranassage as a straightforward way to get back to center. I combine traditional bodywork with intentional breathing, combined with yoga, to help you let go of whatever you are carrying. There is no fluff here. It's a quiet space, along with a focused session designed to help you feel at home within yourself.

Yoga FAQs

I'm not flexible at all. Can I still do yoga?

Good news, neither was everyone else on their first day. Flexibility is something yoga gives you over time, not something you need to bring with you. Show up stiff as a board if you need to, we've seen it all.

What do I need to bring?

Yourself, mostly. Also, something comfortable to wear, and maybe a little curiosity. If you have a mat bring it along, but if you don't we've got you covered. Just don't show up in jeans. Trust us on that one.

How often should I come?

As often as feels right for you. Once a week, three times a week, every single day because it changed your life and you can't stay away. We'll take whatever we can get.

Will I fall over?

Probably yes, at least once. And that's completely fine because so has every single person in this room including the teacher. The mat is soft, we promise nobody is watching, and we will absolutely not bring it up afterward.
